Dalane Energi
Dalane Energi AS is a group consisting of Dalane Kraft AS, Enida AS, and Dalane Energisalg AS. Dalane Kraft AS is involved in power production, Dalane Energisalg AS handles electricity sales, while Enida AS operates and maintains the entire grid in the four municipalities of Dalane.
Dalane Kraft AS is an approved training company in:
- Energy Operator profession
Enida AS annually accepts apprentices for training in:
- Electric Power Installer profession.
Enida AS
Our electrical power installers have a very diverse and exciting workday. During the apprenticeship, you will be involved in tasks such as building, operating, and maintaining essential components of the power grid throughout the Dalane region.
Applicants must have completed and passed VG1 and VG2 electrical courses in high school. We are looking for candidates with a positive attitude and the ability to take initiative, collaborate, and learn. We prioritize a first-class health, safety, and quality culture in the company, and as an apprentice, you will learn how to contribute to the safety culture within the company.
Additional theoretical training required to obtain certification as an energy technician will take place in Sandnes under the auspices of the “Opplæringsringen for energimontørfaget i Rogaland” (Training Consortium for the Energy Technician Profession in Rogaland).
The work location for apprentices is throughout Dalane.

Norgeshus Egersund is an approved apprenticeship company in:

Here, you will receive thorough training and guidance in your field. We have a dedicated mentorship program and collaborate closely with the training offices OKAB, OFIR, and OFEL.

Examples of how to obtain a vocational certificate:
- 2+2 program (2 years in upper secondary school + two years of apprenticeship in a company)
- 4 years in a company (general subjects and interdisciplinary exams must be passed during the apprenticeship)
- Trade certificate on the job (for permanent employees with less than 5 years of experience)
- The skilled worker candidate scheme (for individuals over 25 years old, with more than 5 years of experience + interdisciplinary exam)
